Customer Service Officer
Job Description: Main Responsibilities
Answering and responding to general customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Follow up on customers' car insurance inquiries and provide them with quotes
General clerical work, such as computerized invoicing and database management
Job Requirements
Secondary school graduation or above (those with insurance intermediary qualifications (Volume 1 and Volume 2 preferred))
At least one year of customer service experience
Good communication skills and English/Chinese
Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel)
Chinese and English input methods (Quick Cangjie)
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and responsible

Passionate in private client service sector
Target-oriented, self-motivated, willing to accept challenges and results driven
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details, with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in financial / motor industry will be an advantage
Fresh graduates / IANG / Slasher is welcome
Valid insurance license holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 preferred
